Do you think that I should start jogging again? I used to run all the time but recently I haven’t been going because there have been some other things I’ve been busy with and I’m starting to feel like I’m losing the good feelings that I got from jogging. I would go running in the mornings around the neighbor’s houses before I would get ready for the day. It was something I really liked to do. I think though that I need to start it up again because now I just go do my other stuff in the morning and I feel like I can tell a difference between when I jog and when I don’t jog. It’s not an issue of wanting to it’s just that I’ve had some other things that I had to do recently and haven’t been able to get a run in.
I was thinking that I should also see if I can find another kind of exercise to do. I was looking at some programs that involve weights and things like pullups but I don’t know how I feel about those. I think I am just going to stick with running. The other thing I was reading about was how some people think you should eat before a workout and others say you should wait until after. I can tell you that for me, I need to have something to eat after a workout for sure but before I can either go running on an empty stomach or after a small meal. I don’t really pay much attention to that kind of thing, though, and I really just make sure that I don’t forget to make my meals.
One of the things I also never do is take supplements. I know there are a few out ther ethat are supposed to help people lose weight but I never got into thouse. I saw something that said that most people get interested in things after seeing ads for them and that might explain why there are so many supplement ads out there. I was at the store the other day and there were so many different sports meal replacements and stuff. Another thing I prefer to do is drink juice throughout the day. I have a friend who uses a lot of supplements, though. He takes some I have never heard of. I know he uses some protein and I think he also takes an N02 supplement or something. He also was tlaking about one of the other things he uses because he is trying to lose weight. I think it was something that they have been talking about recently. I don’t really keep up with all of that. The thing is that he seems to like using them. On the other hand, people are going to use things that they believe will get them to their goals afaster. This guy I know uses a garcinia cambogia extract supplement. So I don’t know, I just want to get out there and start jogging.
